Fully renovated basement! With it's own entrance from the backyard, keypad entry. Cozy and with plenty of natural light! Shower bathroom and a fully stocked kitchenette makes this place easy living! We are sustainably minded so you'll notice our kitchen compost bin for food scraps, along with the much larger compost container in the backyard. As well, you'll enjoy 100% organic cotton sheets and refillable plastic-free soaps and conditioner! The space This basement rental has it's own entrance through the backyard with keypad entry. Main floor may be separately rented out. Backyard is a shared space to be enjoyed by both renters - please introduce yourself! Perhaps you'll make a friend that'll last you a lifetime! Guest access Kitchenette is fully stocked with dishware and utensils. Mini fridge, microwave, and an electric hot plate are for your convenience. Also provided are teas, coffee, an electric kettle, and french press! Bathroom is small, but has everything you need. Shower (no bathtub) is quaint and only designed for one. in-unit access to the washer and dryer! Feel free to use the detergent and wool dryer balls provided.
