North Nibley village is on the popular Cotswold Way with pub and cafe. Cotswold market towns close by. Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham and Gloucester within an hour’s drive. The space The sympathetic conversion preserves original features including interior stone walls, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Make the most of the property's excellent self-catering facilities and dine in the open-plan living space. The well equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, breakfast bar and dining table for six. Soak up a film in the cosy lounge area with a 55-inch smart TV or admire the garden views and sunsets. The property sleeps 6 (+ 1 infant): bedroom 1, a luxurious and spacious master with zip-link super-king beds (can be arranged as two single beds on request) is up one step from the living area and has access to its own private patio through french doors; bedroom 2 has no-step access from living areas also with zip-link super-king beds (can arranged as two single beds on request); stairs lead up to bedroom 3 with two single beds and a secret den for entertaining little ones. The property can accommodate one infant in a travel cot (provided, not including linen). Wheelchair users will benefit from the no-step access from parking to living and dining areas leading on to a spacious ground floor shower room with walk-in shower. Wide doorways join all areas including the no-step ground floor bedroom. The outdoor landscaping allows wheelchair users access to all areas of the garden so no matter where you choose to dine, everyone can join in. After a long day exploring the hills and market towns, relax into the steaming hot tub and enjoy the best of the south-west weather and countryside views. A covered outdoor kitchen houses a charcoal BBQ next to an outdoor dining area and firepit for toasting your marshmallows under the stars. Guest access Private, self contained property. The property includes a private driveway and parking, you will have sole use of the self-contained garden including fire pit, outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Other things to note On request the super king beds can be arranged as two single beds in both downstairs bedrooms. The property can accommodate one infant in a travel cot (provided, not including linen). A maximum of two well behaved dogs are allowed with each stay for an additional fee. The garden fence in 3 feet tall in some areas; until the hedge establishes this may provide an escape route! The property is available for week-long stays or short breaks (3 nights Fri-Mon; 4 nights Mon - Fri). The EV charging point is available for guest use only; no car charging cables are to be plugged in elsewhere. Parking is available for 3 cars, please contact the host if you need further information. There is no mobile phone reception within the property due to the insulation. Wi-Fi is available throughout.
