Building Amenities: Luxurious lobby ________________________________________________________________________ Amenities & Stay Guidelines Long-Term Stays (30+ Nights) Guests staying more than one month may enjoy FREE access to the pool and gym, subject to building requirements. The following documents will be needed: 1. Notarized Contract of Lease (original & physical copy) 2. Move-In Clearance 3. Tenant Information Sheet 4. Valid government-issued IDs (guest/s and unit owner) 5. Solidary Agreement (if applicable) 6. Move-Out Clearance (signed upon check-in; submitted upon move-out) These are required by the building to ensure smooth access to the amenities. __________________________________________________________________________ Short-Term / Daily Stays Upon booking confirmation, please send valid IDs of all guests for building registration. IDs must also be presented at check-in, along with the Guest Authorization Form (GAF) that we will send you. Amenities Access (Short-Term Stays) Pool: PHP 150/person (regular days), PHP 300/person (holidays) Important Note: For on-the-spot bookings, please note that pool vouchers are not available on hand and must be purchased directly from the building administration. The same applies to holiday bookings. Since the administration office is closed on weekends and holidays, guests who plan to use the pool during these times are kindly requested to inform us in advance so we can assist accordingly. Their rates are ; VEHICLES: Free - 15 minutes P50.00-1st 4 hours P50.00-per hour suceeding hours MOTORCYCLE: P10.00 -up to 15 minutes P50.00-flat rate(6am-1:30am) OVERNIGHT CHARGES: (1:30AM-6:00AM) P300.00+Parking Rates • Amenities: Wi-Fi (30mbps), air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV with Netflix, complete sets of kitchen utensils, rice cooker, kettle, wardrobe, Queen size bed, sofa bed, extra foam mattress, iron and ironing board,slipper, water heater. • Condo Rules 🧡 To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following condo rules: 1. We provide 2 towels and 1 sets of linens (1 duvet, 1 fitted sheets and 1 extra blanket). For additional towels and set of linen, there's is a fee of Php 450 which covers the extra laundry costs. This fee applies to short stays. For 10 nights or longer, additional towels and set of linens are provided free of charge, and upon request. 2. Let's maintain a peaceful atmosphere by refraining from loud noise, music, or hosting parties. Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. (Fine: ₱5,000) 3. Overnight visitors are kindly not permitted. Only registered guest are allowed to stay overnight at the unit. 4. STRICTLY PROHIBITED: NO SMOKING indoors. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a fine of ₱10,000. Please be cautious as smoke detectors are in place. There must be charge when smoke detector alarms. 5. Don't throw any objects, specifically cigarette butts and other material from the window and/or balcony that may cause fall and fire hazard. (Fine: ₱5,000) 6. For pool users, kindly refrain from entering elevators in wet clothes. (Fine: ₱5,000) 7. No placing of any objects (doormats, slippers, shoes, umbrella, garbage, water gallon and etc. outside entry doors of the unit and hallways. (FINE : 3,000) 8. For those who have child. Children must be supervised at all times when near the balcony. Never leave children unattended on or near the the balcony. 9. Hanging of clothes or wet towel at the balcony and balcony railings is NOT allowed. You can hang it inside or at the bathroom. (FINE: 5,000) 10. Please prevent the bed/bedsheets, sofa bed, pillow and carpet from any stains such as food stains, period stains and etc. (700-2,000 laundry fee) 11. No drinking alcoholic beverages at the balcony (FINE: 10,000) 12. To keep our space clean, kindly remove outdoor shoes or slippers upon entering. No shoes or outdoor slippers in the carpet. 13. Please remember to TURN OFF lights and AC when leaving the unit. 14. As a safety precaution, unplug chargers before sleeping to prevent potential fire hazards. 15. Kindly avoid unplugging the WIFI for uninterrupted connectivity and the smart door lock Bluetooth from the door lock beside WIFI modem. 16. Kindly avoid unplugging the refrigerator. 17. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the unit. Please avoid moving or damaging any furniture or appliances. 18. Any damages or losses incurred will be charged accordingly. Please report any damages promptly. 19. When cooking, always use the range hood and ensure it is turned on before starting. Keep the fan running for 15 minutes after cooking. 20. Heavy cooking is discouraged. Utilize available appliances such as the rice cooker, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator with care. 21. Dispose of garbage in the designated bins. The garbage room is conveniently located near the fire exit sign. 22. Hang used wet towels in the bathroom for proper drying. 23. Embrace the "CLAYGO" principle: Clean As You Go. 24. Please prevent the bed/bedsheets, sofa bed, pillow and carpet from any stains such as food stains, period stains and etc. (700-2,000 laundry fee) 25. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. The owner cannot be held liable for any lost items. 26. Kindly keep the Netflix account logged in for everyone's convenience. 27. Please refrain from staining the carpet, and avoid wearing shoes or slippers on it. 28. No pets allowed. 29. No commercial video shoot and photography outside the unit. 30. Loud parties are not permitted. Violators will be subject to penalties. Php 1,500. 31.Please do not use the extra beddings, linens, and towels in the cabinet. We have provided two towels one set of linens and extra fitted sheets and blanket for extra foam mattress. For additional towels and linens, there is a fee of 460 which covers the extra laundry cost. This fee applies to short stays. For guest staying 10nights or longer , additional towels and blankets are provided free of charge. Please be aware that security personnel patrol the premises every 30 minutes to ensure safety. Your cooperation with these rules is appreciated for a pleasant environment.
