The space The DAM site is an extensive property of 10,000 m², standing out for its various buildings and facilities. The property includes an iron house of the owner, built with containers, offering a unique and sustainable design. In addition, it has three suite-type accommodations, ideal for guests or residents. For leisure and entertainment, there is a swimming pool, a covered shed equipped with a kitchen, sauna and barbecue, providing a perfect space for gatherings. Sports lovers can enjoy a soccer field and a volleyball court, ensuring outdoor activities for the whole family. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the property except the owner's house. Some common areas may be restricted during family or business events held by closed groups.
