Unwind and create lasting memories our beautiful home! The space In our three-bed, two-bathroom home, you can enjoy the beauty of the Hawkesbury River from every corner of the house. Whether you're lounging in the living area, preparing a meal in the kitchen, or unwinding in the bedrooms, the serene riverfront views are a constant companion, creating a seamless connection between indoors and nature. The open-concept living space features a gorgeous indoor fireplace, creating a cozy ambience for unwinding. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy indoors or on the deck. Outdoor Area: Step outside to discover your private oasis. The deck offers the perfect spot to relax and soak in the tranquillity of the surroundings. Cozy up near the outdoor fireplace right by the water on chilly evenings and gaze at the stars. Explore the possibilities on your private jetty, trying your hand at fishing. The Hawkesbury River is your playground, with adventure just steps from your doorstep. Game Room: Indulge in hours of entertainment in our converted garage-turned-game room. The games room includes 7-foot pool tables, a Foosball Table, a Darts board, life-size connect four, chess, card games and boardgames. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Including the private jetty. You may park at the top of the property and then enter via the gate Other things to note Important Information for your stay: 1. Water and Septic System: We use rainwater and a septic system. Please ensure you bring enough drinking water for your stay. We will provide you with 3.5 litres of water in the fridge’s water tank, although it’s a good idea to stock up for yourself and your family before you arrive. Additionally, please be mindful of water usage and only flush toilet paper down the toilet. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2. Shops: Two general stores are 10-20 minutes away from the property. The nearest Woolworths is an hour’s drive away at Glenorie or West Gosford. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3. Firewood: If you want to enjoy a cozy fire during the colder months, firewood is available from our on-site reserve; we charge $30.00 per 15kg bag. Note: Remember to bring your own firestarters or purchase some at a petrol station on your way here. 4. No Pets.
