The home features a sunlit porch, full kitchen, laundry, and comfortable living spaces meant for settling in. The king primary bedroom and second bedroom with a full-size bed provide restful nights, with easy access to local wineries, hiking, rafting, and Ashland’s renowned theatre scene. The space This guest house occupies the fully private lower level of a 1910 home, with a separate exterior entrance and a locked interior stairwell for complete separation. We live in the main house above and are available if needed, while fully respecting guests’ privacy. Thoughtfully updated with modern comforts, the home offers peace and quiet in a country setting, yet is close to Ashland, Jacksonville, Medford, the airport, and local wineries. Wildlife sightings are common, including deer and occasional eagles. Private yoga sessions ($75/hour) and health or yoga retreat information are available upon request. Guest access Guests enjoy private access to the lower-level guest house via a separate exterior entrance. The space is fully self-contained and separated from the main home by a locked interior stairwell, providing privacy and independence throughout your stay. Guests have access to a dedicated parking space with electric vehicle charging available. Other things to note The owners occupy the upper level of the home. The main home and guest house are separated by a long staircase with a locked door. There are no shared spaces. While there are not shared spaces, the owners do ask that there be no parties or events and that noise levels are respected at all times.
