Welcome to our Ocean Villa in Teluk Sari Penyabong, just a short 10-minute drive from Penyabong Jetty. Nestled next to the pristine beach, our villa offers a perfect getaway for families. The villa can accommodate up to 24pax. Enjoy the outdoor activities such as Kayaking, cycling and convenience of a swimming pool and create lasting memories in this serene coastal retreat. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast starter pack with essentials like •⁠ ⁠1 Milk, Bread, Jam, Butter, Cereal, Egg (6) The space Step out onto the patio and soak in the serene atmosphere. The constant sea breeze is refreshing, while on clear nights, the stars are breath-taking. Steps away and you are at the beautiful Teluk Sari beach. This is a 3km-long sheltered bay, enclosed by headlands, and shallow and safe for swimming. You can be 200 meters out, and only up to your waist in water! It is also mostly empty, except for local fishermen checking their nets for the daily catch, so the space is yours to enjoy. A morning walk to catch the sunrise, or an evening walk with the sky red behind the hills, is not to be missed. Included in your rental is 1 hour of kayaking (life jacket included) and 1 hour of bicycle rental (helmet included), free of charge. So many ways to safely and enjoyably explore our scenic bay! You may also request beach games equipment (volleyball, football, frisbee and sandcastle bucket-set) all free of charge! Other equipment like paddle board and giant volleyball are available for a small charge. Next to the beach area, opposite the main road. After enjoying the beach, come and soak in our swimming pool. The kids pool and adults pool are side by side, and perfect for family fun. Our BBQ pit is available for rental at RM70 with charcoal and fire starter set. Guest access Our location is at 📍Radiant Teluk Sari, Penyabong. Located only 10 minutes away from Penyabong Jetty, you will definitely in love with the fishermen's village. 25 minutes away from Mersing. 25 minutes away from Endau. We have our staff and maintenance stay onsite, for any emergency. Other things to note Our rules for your attention: 1. NO PETS are allowed on the premises. 2. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the cottage area or rooms. 3. Private parties are allowed, but please do not damage or remove any furniture. Silent hour is from 10.30PM - 7.00AM. 4. ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED on the premises. 5. We only provided pans and pots for cooking basics.
