Violeta Suite is a cozy apartment with all possible amenities. It has air conditioning, a heat pump and heating, Wi-Fi (fiber) and everything that the guests who have stayed at the house have told us. The apartment is cleaned with the best cleaning products, towels and sheets are provided. Nilda takes care of it. She is our trusted person with a fixed and well-paid contract. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood community. The space Violeta Suite has two bedrooms with two single beds, each 190x90cm. The mattresses are very comfortable. In each room there is a closet with hangers. In the dining room there is a sofa bed, prepared for very specific occasions. The kitchen has a very comfortable island with two stools and a dining table with 5 chairs. The bathroom is fully equipped, with a radiator, towel rack and shower with screen. Guest access The neighborhood has all the amenities. Just 50 meters away you have a supermarket and several cafes with very reasonable prices. The subway and bus are 1 minute from the house. You can go to downtown Madrid in 10 minutes as the influx of buses and metro are continuous. From the house, you can move the car perfectly and the parking is comfortable. Other things to note The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The price of a taxi to downtown Madrid is about €7 and Uber or Cabify is a little cheaper.
