The Apple Grove

La Pommeraie is located in the heart of Normandy. Its wooded park of 4 acres is adorned with roses, lavender, and hydrangeas offering delicate colors and scents from spring to autumn. Conveniently located just 7km (8 min) from Pont-Audemer (The Little Venice of Normandy) and 25 minutes from the beaches of Deauville and the town of Honfleur. The ideal location to enjoy all the attractions Normandy has to offer. ***A guest registration form and ID will be required prior to entering the property The space La Pommeraie, an authentic yet modernized Norman house, seamlessly combines contemporary comfort with old-world charm. The expansive living room windows provide breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, creating a serene and picturesque setting. The recently remodeled master bedroom is located on the mezzanine alongside a second bedroom and a full bathroom. A third bedroom is conveniently situated on the ground floor with a second bathroom. For additional accommodations, a cozy sleeping nook with a double bed is available in an annex just a few steps from the main house. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire home, its exterior, and the small guesthouse located in the front lawn. Other things to note Guests are welcome to cook using pans and items from the spice cabinets. Guests are also welcome to take advantage of the hammock during the hot months. Water from the faucet is drinkable, do so at your own risk. You can also help yourself to any bottles of water in the pantry (we may leave some). Parties and events are not allowed without the prior authorization of the hosts. Pets are welcome but subject to some reservations. Maximum capacity of 7 people. No smoking inside the house. Three exterior Blink Video cameras are installed (two in the front and one in the back). Please do not tamper with the equipment. The inside alarm system is equipped with cameras, which turn on ONLY when the alarm is activated (ON MODE). For electric vehicle charging, a standard outlet is available at the front. The charging fees are as follows: €30 for stays of 1-3 nights €50 for stays of 4-7 nights €125 for monthly use Please let us know in advance if you plan to use the charger.
