Land and sea residence

We are located on the river side, the beach is your backyard. You have your private entrance and a balcony on the side of the sea, to have a cocktail or breakfast. A dream location where you can relax! Lots of activity: hiking, vineyard, submarine, Jardin de Métis, Mont-Comi (ski). We are directly on the arts route, so there are many galleries nearby. Walking distance to a craft brewery, canteen. (no. 304573) The space Your accommodation is on 2 floors, on the second floor is the master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, you have gables on the street and gables on the sea. On the ground floor you have a very comfortable living room with a pull-out bed (2 single beds) and in the kitchen is a sofa bed (single). The kitchen is friendly with the accessories you need. The bathroom including shower-bath is in the master bedroom which is on the 2nd floor, so it must be shared with your friends or family who sleep in your apartment, however on the ground floor there is a shower room (toiletilet) and a laundry room (washer-dryer). You have your private balcony. During the summer period, there is a charcoal briquette BBQ (you must bring your briquettes) and picnic tables that are available to all apartment guests. Some ride on the beach on a bicycle with big wheels. Other things to note Ancestral house divided into 4 dwellings (sometimes poor soundproofing... it's part of its charm). We accept dogs (not cats or other animals, just dogs), 1 dog per adult is allowed and an additional fee is charged, maximum 2 dogs. You must register them when you book.
