Nestled among lush greenery and surrounded by the natural beauty of Samoa, our treehouse offers a serene escape for your vacation. Whether you’re looking to explore the vibrant culture, bask in the sun on our stunning beaches, or simply recharge in a tranquil setting, Tovis Treehouse is the perfect haven with everything you need to make your holiday as safe and comfortable as possible. The space This is a two-storey haven with a luxurious 1 Master Bedroom apartment on the Top Floor with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony where you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic ocean view of the sunrise and sunset from Vaitele to Mulinuu Peninsular. The spacious living room caters for the lounge set for watching a 32” Smart TV already set up with free Wifi (50GB for 14 days), Netflix, Prime and local channels including streaming apps to your liking. It also includes a dining table for six people and a kitchenette with a microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and rice cooker. To top it off, two additional single beds for children/adults are also available to accommodate additional guests (optional) for convenience. The Ground Floor consists of 3 bedrooms, and each bedroom is equipped with air condition units for your comfort. Also included is the second full bathroom with a toilet, shower, wash basin and closet with a mirror to store the iron and iron board. The Living Room on the ground floor is also equipped with an air condition unit for your comfort and has a lounge set and a 32” Smart TV with a remote already connected to the free Wifi (50GB for 14 days), Netflix, Prime and local channels including streaming apps to your liking. Included in the spacious living room is another dining table for 6 people and an additional two single beds to accommodate larger groups (optional). There is a fully equipped Kitchen fitted with a pantry to store groceries and modern appliances like a microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove and oven including basic cooking essentials. A full propane tank is provided for your cooking and BBQ and can be refilled/replaced by guests when finished. There is an additional third full bathroom outside in the common area with a toilet and wash basin, a shower and a laundry room which consists of the washing machine plus an outdoor clothing line. The common area outside the house is for relaxation and hangouts. It can be utilized as an additional dining space to explore the island's breezy experience with the freshness of its air. This area can also be used as the designated smoking area. There is an outdoor BBQ area in the front entrance on the ground floor with seats for convenience. The front exterior of the seaside view of the house locates a swing for kids' entertainment. For parking arrangements, there is designated parking available for two vehicles inside our two-car garage to ensure convenience and security throughout your stay. There is also ample space in front and on the side of the house to accommodate any additional cars if required. The property is securely fenced with two private gate entrances from the south on Auauli St. and the other from the west next to Sweeties Cakeshop on Tamanu St. Other things to note Samoa Electricity Supply Information: Samoa operates on a prepaid electricity system, which means that electricity is purchased in advance using cash or electronic payment methods. Here’s an overview of how it operates at our property: We will provide you with an initial $50 of prepaid electricity (cash power) to cover your essential needs during your stay. This includes powering lights, fans, and all essential appliances including air conditions to ensure your comfort. Upon utilizing the initial prepaid electricity supplied, you will notice a beeping sound when the balance is low. Once this is used, you will have to purchase the electricity (power) for the rest of your stay. The Cash Power number will be provided to you at check-in so that you can easily purchase additional prepaid electricity from local vendors or convenience stores. These convenience stores are just 5 minutes away from our property. To ensure you have sufficient power throughout your stay, please be mindful of your usage. Simple actions like turning off lights, air conditions and all other electric appliances including unplugging devices when not in use can help conserve energy. WIFI Connection We provide you with a Wi-Fi router with 50GB data for your communications for up to 14 days. Should the 50 GB run out before you leave, you can buy extra/additional data from any shop around our area for your perusal. This can be $20/$30 or $50 depend on GB your need.
