Featuring a hot tub, game/ bar area, kayaks, firepit area, and everything nearby it'll give you plenty of opportunities to make everlasting memories. This property is in the perfect location being close to a public access lake, snowmobile trails, skiing, rivers, Tippy Dam, Bear Creek, Little River Casino, and Lake Michigan. It's perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing or adventurous stay! The space Whispering Pines Lodge used to be a 720 square foot house that had a massive addition put on to make the almost 1,900 square foot A-Frame style lodge that it is today. You can tell that there was a lot of love and care put into the home throughout. Not to mention it only being a couple minute walk from Lake Eleanor! With being so close to the lake, we provide four kayaks and two paddleboards for easy access onto the water. BEDROOMS This adorable lodge boosts three bedrooms all designed to provide a relaxing and cozy feeling. The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed while the other bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds. All bedrooms are outfitted with extra blankets, pillows, blackout curtains, and USB ports to provide our guests with the upmost comfort and ease. The upstairs A-Frame area features two cozy twin-sized beds with blackout curtains that they can pull shut that will provide privacy and uninterrupted sleep from the rest of the house. There is one bedroom downstairs, and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. KITCHEN The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The coffee cart with a Keurig, Donut Shop K-Cup Pods, syrups, creamer, and hot chocolate is perfect for coffee lovers or for someone looking for a warm beverage. LIVING ROOM Sit back and watch some tv on the 55" Roku where you can log into any streaming service and get your movie/ tv fix of the day! GAME ROOM/ BAR Want a fun place to hang out with family or friends? The outfitted garage with a bar and game area is the perfect place! Whether you are playing pool, ping pong, air hockey, darts, ring toss or sitting at the bar, you are sure to have a good time! OUTDOOR LIVING Right out the back door is a brand new six-person hot tub with a privacy fence and string lights. It's perfect for cool days or at night where you can look up at the stars. Surrounding the hot tub is the fenced in area for your furry friends to run around in. On the back side of the property is the fire pit area where you can unwind after a long day of adventures. There are string lights around the fire pit area that create the most perfect ambiance. Up at the front of the property on the porch is a bed swing that is perfect for curling up to read a book or sipping a coffee and enjoying the surroundings. There is also a propane grill that is perfect cooking up a meal. There is room in the front yard of the property or in the driveway for a truck and trailer if you plan to bring your ATVs/ snowmobiles. There are hundreds of miles of ORV trails right out your back door! The closest one being only a second away, right across the driveway! WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE Just a short 2-minute walk from the property is Lake Eleanor! There is public sandy beach access that gives you convenient access to get on the water at any time! We provide four kayaks that make it easy for guests to access and enjoy the water! There is also a picnic and playground area for public use! Right across the driveway is a popular snowmobiling/ walking trail! There are some windy roads and hills that make the drive scenic. You should have no problems reaching the property. In the case of heavy snow or rain, a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. You will have the entire space to yourself, and a keypad code will be provided for self-check-in. Other things to note - There are two exterior cameras on the property. One will be the ring camera on the front door. The other one will be on a tree in the front back yard that is towards the road. This is facing towards the kayaks/ paddleboards and driveway. This is to help us verify that our cleaners and handyman have everything prepared for your stay and to ensure our property is protected at all times. - Smoking is completely prohibited inside the property. A deodorizing fee will be charged (min $250) if we detect the smell of smoke. If you smoke, please do so outside and make sure all remnants are picked up and thrown away. If remnants are found by our cleaners there will be an additional $50 fee. - Pets are loved and welcome! There will be a $50 fee per pet. Airbnb only accounts for the payment of one pet while booking, so I will send a money request for the other pet/s after you have booked if you are bringing multiple pets! There will be a fenced in area for your dog on the back side of the property through the back door. We also provide two sets of pet bowls, leashes, beds, and dog and cat treats! Please pick up after your pets. If dog poop is found in the yard there will be an additional $50 fee. There will be a dog bag dispenser in the laundry/ mud room in the house with the other dog supplies. - Hot tub is available all year around! - From October 1st to May 1st kayaks may not be available.
