Nearby: university Hospital of North Tees (4 min drive), Stockton Globe (8 min drive), Teeside shopping park (14 min drive), Durham university Queens Campus (10 min drive), Tees Barrage (12 min drive). The space In this property there are 4 bedrooms. Upstairs there is 2 double and 1 single bedrooms all equipped with handing rails giving plenty of storage for your belongings. Then there is another double bedroom downstairs in the property. There is a full bathroom in the property which has a toilet, sink and shower over bath, giving you the option of a nice hot shower or to indulge in a relaxing bath. The kitchen is shared as a living space. In here you will find all the normal kitchen essentials such as a washing machine, free standing fridge/freezer, an electric oven and hob and all basic cooking essentials from pots and pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, cups, mugs and more... There is also a dining table to seat 4 people for you to comfortably enjoy your tea after a hards day graft... There is also a sofa and a TV. There is a separate conservatory which also has a sofa and a TV for some separate relaxation away from the kitchen. We also provide free wifi for guests to use as much as they like. Parking: There is a driveway at this property which can easily fit two cars in front of each other.
