Welcome to the Guestoria at Fame Residences Tower 1. With the VIEWTIFUL scenery, you get to see the perfect cityscapes, which is so relaxing. This 25-square-meter condo unit is situated in the heart of Metro and personally dedicated to making each guest feel comfortable and cozy. Located in Shaw, Mandaluyong where convenient lifestyle meets peaceful community, it's perfect for an escape, but everything you need you can find here! The space The Guestoria condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. For every guest exceeding 2 people, there will be an additional fee per day. Located on the 21st floor, you get all the natural light and a city view. Our curtains also have black-out features in case you need more sleep and relaxation, which this unit has to offer! The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, and the shower is equipped with a water heater, so you won’t have to worry if you don’t like cold baths. Aside from the perks above, the room has a high-speed Globe Fibre internet connection (up to 50 MBPS), board games, and free NETFLIX and DISNEY+. We also give COMPLIMENTARIES! Wait for it! ;)  A perfect Shawcation for family or friends, right? Our place is perfect for anniversaries or other special occasions. It really gets romantic at night with those city lights. Promise! <3 HOWEVER, we could not change the fact that we are located in prime city location where the MRT is right infront of the condo and EDSA traffic is uncontrollable. Noises will be heard in the room but all you have to do is to make sure that windows are tightly closed to reduce noise, especially if you are a light sleeper. Despite this, we still do our best effort to provide the greatest service and staycation that you can ever have. Notes: 1. To maintain the cleanliness of the unit, we recommend a cleaning service for long-term guests (weeks up to a month) for a fee. 2. Please check our room amenities for the available things to use inside our place; if they're not on the list, message us, and we'll do our best to provide you with what you need, but please manage your expectations. Guest access Amenities are open from 6AM to 10PM located on the 7th floor, where you can enjoy the Outdoor Swimming Pool (Adult & Kiddie Pool), Outdoor Mini Gym, Zen Garden for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Notes: - Swimming Pool fees: Regular Day - 150/pax Holiday - 300/pax Maximum of 2 pax could swim per unit. Kindly inform us ahead if you intend to use the pool so we could purchase in advance then present these with the Guard on the pool and indicate that you are an Airbnb Guest/s from Tower1 2140. - Swimming Pool is Closed on Mondays for cleaning. If Monday is a holiday, pool is open and cleaning will be moved to Tuesday. - Some of the amenities have a scheduling requirement and fees that are subject to change without prior notice. - No refund in the event that the pool underwent maintenance same day or without notice. — SELF-CHECK-IN PROCESS: CHECK-IN: 3 PM CHECK-OUT: 12 PM Please note: We only give 1 room key. Fame Mall or Mayflower has a commercial parking lot with standard hourly rate. Other things to note (IMPORTANT) ALL guests are required to submit IDs to us upon booking. Bring your valid ID upon check in. Only registered guests are allowed inside the condo. No outsider guests or visitors are allowed. If Monday is a Holiday, cleaning will be moved to Tuesday. — For every 7 days stay, you get a complimentary cleaning. We will also let you know of our average electricity usage over the past three months. Any usage beyond this will incur an additional charge. We encourage guests to be mindful of electricity consumption during their stay, as it helps us keep the property sustainable for everyone. — Late checkout WITHOUT prior approval will incur a fee of ₱300 per hour or equivalent to half-day rate. — House Rules: 1. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING. 2. No pets allowed. 3. Valid IDs required upon check in at the reception desk. 4. Use only the served bed linens and towels. 5. Minimize noise after 10PM as courtesy to the neighbors. 6. Light Cooking ONLY. Do not leave any food items and keep kitchen clean to prevent attracting pest. 7. Do not leave trash outside the room, throw it across hallway where garbage room is located. 8. Lost, damaged and stolen linens, towels, furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils will be charged accordingly. 9. Please return used or rearranged items back in its original place. 10.
