ABOUT US Welcome to our home! After 16yrs in this beautiful area & 18mths of lovingly renovating with the avid traveler in mind, we’re excited to finally share our space with you. We envisioned creating a relaxing retreat for like-minded guests who appreciate beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, scenic hikes, & more. Having used Airbnb many times as travelers, we’re thrilled to open our doors as hosts. We hope you enjoy the experience that Our Retreat has to offer. The space Our beautiful home features light-filled living spaces and a chef’s kitchen equipped with everything you might need for a wonderful holiday or weekend getaway. Enjoy multiple separate areas for your group, including a TV room, a formal living area, and a huge alfresco area with dining and lounge spaces. The BBQ area and darts setup add extra fun to your stay. Situated in a serene part of Avalon on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers spectacular leafy views across the park and an abundance of birdlife. Perfect for a quiet escape or to explore all that Avalon has to offer, our retreat includes: • 2 large bedrooms, main with a crib • 2 bathrooms • A spacious kitchen and dining area • Formal and casual living rooms • A huge all-weather outdoor deck with dining and lounge furniture • An outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach BEDROOMS • Bedroom 1: The largest room, featuring a Queen bed, a crib (which can be removed upon request), a built-in wardrobe, and a desk. • Bedroom 2: Equipped with a Queen bed and a built-in wardrobe. We hope you enjoy everything our home and Avalon have to offer! Guest access Guests will enjoy convenient and secure access to the home with a keypad entry system. The password for the keypad will be provided prior to your check-in. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the entry process or need any assistance during your stay! Other things to note Respect for the home: As you are staying in someone’s home, please treat it with care and respect. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the comfort and integrity of the space. No Party Policy: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and to respect our neighbors, we have a strict no party policy. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum and avoid hosting events or gatherings. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone. Mid-stay cleaning: If you require a mid-stay clean, it is available upon request at your own cost. Please provide at least one week’s notice to arrange this service.
