Other things to note Please note that the three upstairs bedrooms are accessed via an exterior staircase and private balcony. This setup is typical for homes in the Rincón area and allows for added privacy between levels. The staircase is secure, and the entry gate at the bottom provides additional safety. Security Cameras: Our guests' safety and security are of utmost importance to us. For added peace of mind, please note that we have installed security cameras at the front door, back door, by the patio on the beach and on the balcony. These cameras are solely for the purpose of maintaining the safety and security of our property and guests. Rest assured, your privacy is highly respected, and the cameras do not monitor any private spaces, such as bedrooms or bathrooms. Your comfort and security during your stay are our top priorities Power Outages: Please note that Puerto Rico has frequent power outages and water outages due to deteriorating infrastructure on the island. We do our best to keep everyone comfortable, and typically the outages do not last long and should not have a big impact on your stay. No refunds will be issued for power/water outages that happen unexpectedly. Drinking water: Reverse osmosis provides filtered drinking water at the kitchen sink. We encourage the reduced use of plastic water bottles.
