The property is fully fenced and secure, with a remote-controlled entrance gate and an alarm system. The house is on one level, making it easily accessible to everyone. However, the gravel leading up to the entrance and a slight threshold in front of the doors mean that the property cannot be fully certified as suitable for all guests with reduced mobility.
