AMOI Villa 'R' - walk to beach

Villa Amoi R in central Santa Teresa, offers the perfect surf town escape. We are located right off the main road and a short walk to Playa Brunela (Selina) . The newly developed house features two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an open format kitchen and living area. All perfected with a minimalist style to reflect the Pura Vida vibes of town. A private plunge pool and outdoor shower completes your beautiful tropical home away from home. The space The villa can house two to six guests comfortably. There are two bedrooms (located upstairs) with en suite bathrooms. The master includes a private outdoor lounge area that overlooks the downstairs pool area. Downstairs, guests will find the kitchen, living and dining area all in open format that makes the space ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing after an adventure filled day. The house is equipped with a newly installed Bluetooth operated sound-system and security system. Topping off your lush escape is a private outdoor lounge area with a plunge pool and a secluded outdoor shower. Guest access Guests may access all spaces of the house. Other things to note For groups of 6 people we will provide an extra mattress.
