Independent access, the house is located at the gates of Montpellier and 15 minutes from the beach. The quiet and pleasant neighborhood offers all amenities within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, biocoop, etc.). Located 5 min walk to Lake Crès and 8 min to tram stop towards Montpellier & beaches. The space 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor of a house, with a separate entrance, private bathroom, and air conditioning. The bedrooms are adjoining, meaning they are arranged one after the other. You have to go through Bedroom 1 to get to Bedroom 2. kettle provided. Towels on request. Please note: there is a staircase to access the bedrooms. There is no kitchen and fridge. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house or 50 meters away. Access via tram L2 stop "via domitia" => 8 min walk. Beach 15 min drive away. Possibility to get there by tram, bus or bike. Downtown Montpellier is a 10-min drive or 15-min tram ride on line 2. 20 minutes from Pic St-Loup for hiking enthusiasts. Other things to note A stone's throw from an excellent bakery, close to a shopping mall, and restaurants. Only people who have booked themselves will be accepted.
