The space It is a new house, with a minimalist design, built by the architect Samuel Tapia, in a private complex with only two properties. It has fine finishes and lots of light. It has 80 m2 of surface area, with all the services: electricity, water, cistern, water heater, internet. It has three spacious and furnished bedrooms, the master bedroom with a bathroom. In addition, living room, dining room for 6 people, full kitchen with refrigerator, service patio, light bucket, TV and internet. Guest access The complex is closed for security reasons and upon guests' arrival there will be a person to welcome them and give them access. They will provide you with the keys to the house and answer any questions about access and the surrounding area of the city. Other things to note Casa Fermina is located near the countryside, where you can take comforting walks to the old Elba Light Plant (5 minutes), the Paseo del Río (10 minutes) and views of the famous Cerro del Elefante.
