Perfect for hosting up to 12 people, it consists of: - 4 spacious bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, ideal for everyone's comfort. - A new and equipped kitchen, ready to cook delicious meals. - A friendly dining room, perfect for moments with family or friends. - A large TV lounge and a bright patio, to relax or share moments of conviviality. - A bathroom and a shower room, as well as 2 toilets for more comfort. - A leisure area with a foosball table, to entertain young and old. - A practical laundry room, with all the essentials for extended stays. - An exterior designed for relaxation The large private garden is a real invitation to relaxation and leisure: - Pétanque court and ping pong table for lively games. - 5-seater Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. - Large sunny terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast facing the sunrise, a friendly aperitif or a barbecue (equipment provided). Here’s what you need to know In order to preserve the tranquility of this place and its surroundings, we ask that you respect the following rules: - Respect for the neighborhood: Moderate noise level at all times, especially between 11pm and 8am. - No parties or noisy gatherings. - Outdoor games (bocce, table tennis) should be avoided after 11 p.m. to preserve the calm of the place. Guest access This place isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility because there are three steps to access the house. Our charming co-hosts, who live on the property, will welcome you upon arrival to show you around. Please let them know your arrival time. 3 sets of keys will be provided to you at that time. Other things to note We have carefully furnished the house to make it as welcoming and pleasant as possible. To make the most of your vacation, please let us know if you experience any issues Non-smoking: We ask that you smoke outside and dispose of your butts responsibly. IMPORTANT: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, we ask that you respect the following rules regarding outside noise: Please maintain a reasonable noise level at all times, especially between 11pm and 8am Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited If you plan to play any music, please keep the volume down Pétanque and ping-pong games are prohibited after 11 p.m. (the excitement of the games can be noisy and therefore annoying for the neighborhood) The hot tub is not protected by a gate or lock (pay attention to the safety of children).
