This modern, spacious, new two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated in a quiet residential area on the upper floor of a block of 4 apartments in the south of the island, 1 mile from Oistins, 4 miles from the airport and 7 miles from Bridgetown. It is ideally suited to those who desire a home away from home holiday. Popular south coast beaches are within walking distance. 18 hole golf course, supermarket, bank, restaurants and live night time entertainment are all minutes away by car. The space The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 has one double (full) bed and one single (twin) bed and is adjacent to a second bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The dining room has seating for six and the living room has a 3 seater sofa bed and one single chair. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. Televisions and phones are in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 16 cu. Ft. fridge, 30" stove with oven, microwave, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is a laundry in the unit with washer, dryer, laundry sink, iron and ironing board. A spacious patio/balcony provides an ideal ambience for semi-outdoor dining and lounging as you enjoy the tropical sunsets from your Caribbean home. Guest access Miami Beach is the best beach on the island's southern coast and is just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute car ride away.
