House divided, rented for 14 people, Enjoy with family, friends or colleagues this fabulous accommodation, completely renovated in the heart of the village, close to all shops. Located between Auxerre, Joigny and Chablis 5 km from the A6 motorway exit and 150 km from Paris close to many tourist sites and villages in this beautiful region. There are several car parks very close by, but you have the option to park in front of the property to unload your vehicle. The space The cottage can accommodate 14 people (14 adults/children and 1 toddler (small cabin bed)/2 babies (1 baby bed + umbrella bed). You also have the option to rent the Grand Bourgeois + Le Châtel Bourgeois (6 people) for a total of 20 people depending on availability. The house has no garden or exterior. On request, we can provide you with baby equipment for free (a cane stroller, a high chair and a booster seat). Warm and functional You will find all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a workspace with internet access. Very high speed fiber. No smoking allowed. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 and 1 cabin bed 70x140, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200 + umbrella bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 and 1 bunk bed 90x190 The stay A large corner sofa, a 140 cm TV with all smart TV services (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime...) A large dining table for 10/12 people. The kitchen A kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and everything you need... The office A dedicated workspace with very high speed wifi is at your disposal in the landing room. Shower room Two spacious bathrooms with towels available as well as toiletries, a washing machine in the bathroom on the ground floor. The property also has a toilet in both bathrooms. Guest access A lockbox, secured, will allow you to arrive on your own and you will have access to the whole house.
