Beachy and Breezy - 8 minute walk to the beach!

This cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, deck, outdoor shower. Ceiling fans and window AC units cool the home on summer days. The deck has a dining set, umbrella and grill to enjoy outdoor meals. As the evenings cool, relax around the firepit in the backyard with family and friends. The cottage is an 5-10 minute walk to the South Kingstown Town Beach, the Ocean Mist, The Pub at Matunuck, the Vanilla Bean, the Seaview Marketplace and the Matunuck Pizza Pie Co. The space The kitchen is fully-equipped to make breakfast, lunch and dinner - or just snacks during your stay. There is a dining table that seats 4 and a ceiling fan. The living room has an AC unit to cool the room, a couch and chairs with a Smart TV for entertainment when you are not at the beach. Guests can log into their YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu or whatever streaming accounts to which they subscribe. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a long dresser with plenty of closet space to hang clothes. It also has a desk/makeup table and a ceiling fan and an AC unit to cool the room. No TV in bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a tall dresser with plenty of closet space to hang clothes. It also has an AC unit to cool the room. No TV in bedroom. The bathroom has a stand up shower, linen cabinet, vanity with one sink, hand towel, bath mat, hairdryer and night light. The deck, backyard and firepit offer outdoor space for eating and hanging out with friends and family. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and hang your bathing suits and towels on the deck to dry after your trip to the beach. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire cottage during their stay. Other things to note We do NOT allow any pets or any form of smoking in our cottage. Renters must supply their own bed linens and bath towels. - Pillows with freshly laundered pillowcase protectors are provided. - Freshly laundered mattress protectors are provided - Freshly laundered bath mats can be found in the vanity in the bathroom. Respect the septic system. - Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down toilet. - Do not pour anything down sinks i.e. coffee grounds, cooking oils. Trash and Recycling are picked up on Wednesdays. - If you do not put the trash out on Tuesday evening for the Wednesday pickup, there will be a $50 fee deducted from your Security Deposit for the cleaning service to remove any trash you left in the cottage.
