Beachy and Breezy - 8 minute walk to the beach!

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is fully furnished and includes a deck and outdoor shower. Ceiling fans and AC units cool the home in the summer. The deck has a dining set, umbrella and grill and a firepit in the backyard. Guests must bring own linens. The cottage is an 5-10 minute walk to the S. Kingstown Town Beach, the Ocean Mist and The Pub, the Vanilla Bean, the Seaview Marketplace and Matunuck Pizza. It's a 15 minute drive to URI and a 9 minute drive to the South County Hospital. The space The kitchen is fully-equipped to make breakfast, lunch and dinner - or just snacks during your stay. There is a dining table that seats 4 and a ceiling fan. The living room has an AC unit to cool the room, a couch and chairs with a Smart TV for entertainment when you are not at the beach. Guests can log into their YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu or whatever streaming accounts to which they subscribe. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a long dresser with plenty of closet space to hang clothes. It also has a desk/makeup table and a ceiling fan and an AC unit to cool the room. No TV in bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a tall dresser with plenty of closet space to hang clothes. It also has an AC unit to cool the room. No TV in bedroom. The bathroom has a stand up shower, linen cabinet, vanity with one sink, hand towel, bath mat, hairdryer and night light. The deck, backyard and firepit offer outdoor space for eating and hanging out with friends and family. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and hang your bathing suits and towels on the deck to dry after your trip to the beach. NO PETS OR SMOKING. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire cottage during their stay. PLEASE BE SURE TO TIGHLY SECURE BOTH STORM DOORS AT ALL TIMES. The wind will rip them right off the casings if not 100% latched. ACCIDENTS DO HAPPEN. Please alert us immediately if anything breaks or doesn't work properly, so we can fix it before you leave and before the next guests check in. NO PETS OR SMOKING. Other things to note We do NOT allow any pets or any form of smoking in our cottage. Renters must supply their own bed linens and bath towels. - Quilts on the beds are provided. - Pillows with freshly laundered pillowcase protectors are provided. - Freshly laundered mattress protectors are provided. - Freshly laundered bath mat is provided. Respect the septic system. - Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down toilet. - Do not pour anything down sinks i.e. coffee grounds, cooking oils. Trash and Recycling are picked up on Wednesdays. - Please put the trash out on Tuesday evenings at the end of the driveway or beside the mailbox for the Wednesday pickup.
