You will then be lured along the rocky path to its stunning Cedar barn-door entry where concrete floors, a gas log fire place, 9ft windows & high square-set ceilings set a subdued yet rich tone. Enhanced by a comfortable and spacious living & dining area, edged by an ebony stone island kitchen with premier appliances for easy everyday meals. Sliding doors with tracked blinds are found in every room, allowing the coastal breeze to flow through the home, while also providing access to the solar-heated plunge pool, adjacent bbq deck & additional deck at the rear. All on one level making it a perfect home for all ages, at one end you will find the Master King Bedroom Suite fitted with full width built in robes, ceiling fan, an open shower en-suite and direct access to the rear deck. The Master Suite also includes a single foldout bed suitable for a 7th guest (a younger guest/child). Whilst at the other end of the home a further two bedrooms, 1 king & 1 Queen, also with full width built in robes, and a second living space with two comfortable leather lounge chairs, wood fire heater and an endless library of books & board games to help you kick back & relax. A central bathroom, toilet and laundry including a Miele washer & dryer, joins the two living spaces, and with hydraulic heating throughout, ceiling fans to keep the home cool in summer, moments from surf beaches, bay beaches, village shopping, wineries, day spas & an abundance of golf courses….this home is complete! STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The home is all on one level with no steps/stairs, making it perfect for youngsters, the elderly or the wheelchair bound. Other things to note Strictly NO PETS allowed. No extra guests. All bed linen & towels including pool/beach towels are provided for the entirety of your stay.
