Close to the shuttle to Gourette. The space The apartment consists of an entrance with 2 bunk beds and a large living room with TV lounge area, dining area and large equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a large closet. Bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer and toilet. Guest access Tenants can use the entire home. Other things to note The accommodation is located a few meters from a Food store, the Tourist Office as well as two Restaurants-Bars. Located between Laruns (5 km) and Gourette, it provides quick access to this ski resort as well as the Col de l'Aubisque. 30 minutes from Spain, it also benefits from the proximity: - a tree climbing park (the hanging forest/ Laruns Aventures) - many hiking trails, - the Laruns swimming pool, - the little Artouste Train (30 min) etc... The accommodation also has Wi-Fi Internet, many TV channels and REPLAY as well as various board games available to children. The mattresses are equipped with mattress covers, cushions and duvets that are provided at no extra cost. If you want bed sheets, towels and bath mats to be made available to you directly on site, an additional sum of €15 per person will be paid directly on site to the trusted person who will have welcomed you. To benefit from this service, it is necessary to specify it when booking. It is recalled that the arrivals of the Tenants are between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. They are welcomed on site by a trusted person who communicates the access code to the residence and gives them the keys to the accommodation after the inventory. This person will also be able to communicate to vacationers the various information necessary for their good stay. If the Tenants arrive between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., the payment of a sum of €20 will be claimed by the Trusted Person as compensation for late arrival. If the arrival of the Tenants takes place between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., this sum will be increased to €50. The departure of the Tenants must take place no later than 11:00 a.m. after handing over the keys to the Person who has welcomed them and who will return their security deposit after carrying out an outgoing inventory showing no anomaly or deterioration. Non-Smoking Accommodation and No Pets Allowed. Despite the elevator, the accommodation is difficult to access for wheelchair users because a few steps separate the entrance from the living room. Quiet, this pleasant and functional apartment will make you have a great stay in the mountains, with family or friends. Also, we kindly ask that you respect this accommodation and its equipment present for your comfort, leaving the whole clean and in good condition during your departure. In this regard, a security deposit of €150.00 will be given upon arrival to the Owner's Trusted Person, who will carry out an incoming inventory with you. This security deposit will be returned to you at the time of your departure if the accommodation is returned clean and without any damage or anomaly. If you would like the cleaning to be done for you when you leave, the sum of €50 will be payable, on site upon arrival, to the Trusted Person who will have welcomed you.
