Old farmhouse completely restored keeping the noble materials, namely wood, stone, the monumental fireplace but bringing all the comforts and marriage of the old and the contemporary. The accommodation consists of: 1 intimate living room with beautiful fireplace, relaxation area with TV, dining room. 1 contemporary spacious kitchen with oven, induction hob , fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all necessary utensils with 2 openings to the outside to easily reach one of the terraces. Laundry room with my young one to wash, wc. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with their en-suite bathroom and toilet 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and WC including 1 bedroom of more than 50m2 High-speed wifi throughout the area.
