Cozy Bungalow with King Bed and Hot Tub

Welcome to my home! My little bungalow is located in the heart of adorable Hagerman, Idaho. My house is not large, but it is cozy and comfortable and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and you are just a quick walk away from a convenience store, grocery store and local restaurants. You will also have easy access to local attractions like the Snake River and hot springs. The river is great in the summer heat and the hot springs can be enjoyed year round. The space I hope you love my home for these reasons: - A kind-size bed with a memory foam mattress. - A hot tub! - A retro vibe, complete with my grandmother's couch that I love. You may want to pass on my home if the following bothers you: - A retro couch that is very cool, but not very comfortable. - The possible detection of old cigarettes. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. However, the previous owner was a smoker. The entire home has been remodeled with all new furnishings and I had the HVAC system professionally cleaned. Thankfully, most guests do not detect a smell. But if you are super sensitive and/or allergic, you may want to pass. Sleeping: There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a twin-sized bed + trundle in the guestroom and a full-sized mattress that can be set up in the living room. Bathing: A full bath with tub and shower is connected to the master bedroom. There is also a half-bath off of the hallway. Streaming: Streaming is available via a Fire TV Stick on the TV in the living room. Working: There is a dedicated workspace in the guest bedroom and the wifi is good enough to work remote. Parking: There is plenty on parking on and in front of the property. You could even park a boat! Hot tub: The hot tub claims to be for four people. However, it is small and will be very tight with four adults. Backyard: In addition to the hot tub, the backyard has seating, a fire pit and tether ball. I sometimes have firewood for the fire pit, but you may need to bring or buy your own if I run out. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and yard. There is a detached garage behind the house that you will not have access to. The hot tub is easy to access and available to use. Please note that my backyard is small so you may see and hear the neighbors (who are all very nice). Other things to note There is a security camera at the front door and on the garage. There are no cameras inside the house.
