Le Sant is an old typical Lauragais farmhouse for 8 people and located 25 min from Toulouse and 30 min from Castelnaudary. This place will allow you to spend a family vacation and enjoy the surrounding villages. It is also ideal for transient workers that we like to welcome because I am a craftsman. The space The house is an old farmhouse with a large garden fenced by country fence. The house, typical of Lauragais, is made of pink brick and raw earth which makes it cool in summer and pleasant in winter by are pellet stove and its wood stove.(electric heater in the bedrooms and kitchen) We offer 4 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs ,the large kitchen with its wood-burning stove and living room with its pellet stove. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower on the ground floor ideal for the elderly. The toilet is on the ground floor The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Possibility to rent the house next door "le Petit Noel" for 8 additional people. Guest access You can access the whole by entering the garden.
