Beach Break

Only two minutes from the family friendly Rainbow Bay beach, world famous Snapper Rocks for surfing and a few other great beaches the locals love. We currently use the apartment for short breaks whenever we have the opportunity to get away from work and like to walk in, put our bags down & enjoy. We hope you will feel the same way. The space Bathed in an abundance of natural light the living area spills out onto the north facing balcony where ocean glimpses and cooling breezes can be enjoyed all year around. The apartment is in a block of 6 and has been newly renovated and newly furnished with a mid-century modern / surf vibe feel. We find it to be spacious, comfortable and a peaceful place to relax. The two bedrooms feature built-in robes and the master bedroom has an ensuite. The kitchen has a juicer, and a variety of equipment if you feel like baking a cake or prepping a meal. Feel free to use whatever is there in terms of pantry or long lasting fridge items. Guest access There is a store room directly above the garage and acessible from the main entrace foyer level. This space is not included in the listing. There is a one car garage for parking and plenty of off street parking along both sides of the top end of Boundary Street where the apartment is located. To note, off street parking is unmetered and during peak periods it’s harder to score a spot. Other things to note The apartment building is located on a hill and there is only stair access to all levels of the building. Unfortunately, this can be challenging for people with limited or impaired mobility. As such, we do not recommend our property in these circumstances as it is not accessibility friendly.
