The space Bedroom: Enjoy a restful sleep in a comfortable double bed with high-quality linens and a spectacular view of the southern city. The room also includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Bathroom: Clean and modern, with hot water and equipped with everything you need for hygiene and comfort. Laundry Area: A dedicated space for your laundry needs, featuring a washer and room to dry your clothes. Kitchen: Fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Balcony: With outdoor tables, perfect for enjoying a coffee while taking in the beautiful city view. Dining Area: A two-seat dining area, ideal for enjoying your meals. Workspace: A perfect spot to catch up on your tasks, with a comfortable office chair for your convenience. Ideal Location: • First floor: Just a few steps (approximately 4) to enter the apartment. • Close to shops and supermarkets: Everything you need is within walking distance, with a variety of stores, supermarkets, and convenience options nearby. • Easy access to public transport: Move around the city effortlessly with multiple public transportation options available close to the property. The entire apartment is exclusively for our guests, ensuring full access to all areas. Guest access Guests will have full access to all areas of the apartment, including the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, bedroom, and bathroom. However, due to condominium restrictions, the use of external common areas is limited, and building regulations must be respected. Any questions about the condominium rules will be addressed to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay. Other things to note We’re excited to have you with us! We’d like to share a few important rules to help ensure a pleasant and smooth stay for everyone. Important: According to Colombian law, all guests must be registered with the immigration and tourism authorities. For foreign guests, it is mandatory to report their entry in the SIRE system (Migración Colombia). For Colombian nationals, registration must be completed through the TRA system (National Tourism Registry). For this reason, at the time of booking or before check-in, we kindly request a photo of the front side of each guest's ID. A few additional rules: All minors, without exception, must be registered and accompanied by their parents. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace (if your accommodation includes one; if not, only outside the apartment). Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $50 USD fine.
