We appreciate your understanding 🙏 Guest access Easy and Comfortable Check-in 🗝️ Upon arrival, the condominium staff will welcome you and hand over the keys. A brief registration will be required to access the building. Once you have the keys, you can easily take the elevator to the 20th floor and start enjoying your stay. We offer one parking space included with your reservation. If you need additional spaces, they can be rented directly with the condominium administration for an extra fee. Other things to note General Information: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony (not inside the apartment). The common areas have their own set of rules; we kindly ask you to follow them at all times. In case of any violation, the condominium may restrict access to the amenities and, depending on the situation, apply a fine. The adult lounge, kids’ lounge, gym, arcade room, and business center are exclusively for owners and are not available to guests due to condominium regulations. The condominium is located in the bar area of Costera Miguel Alemán, so you may hear some music inside the apartment. However, it is not loud enough to disturb your rest.
