The space NEIGHBORHOOD - 5 minute drive from VTG Garden. - 7 minute drive from Privacy Waterfalls. - 13 minute drive from Palani hills waterfall. Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - This villa boasts 4 bedrooms on the first floor. - Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. Living Room: - The living room offers comfortable seating for 5 people on a sofa. - A TV is available in the living room for your entertainment. - The living room has a 6 seater dining table. Bathrooms: - The villa boasts 4 bathrooms, each bedroom is attached with a bathroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Cooking is strictly prohibited.  - The kitchen is not equipped with cooking essentials. Microwave and refrigerator is available. - The caretaker cooks at additional costs and is available till 6pm. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for use Outdoor Area: - The Villa has an outdoor lawn with a seating area. - A music system is available outside for your enjoyment. - Experience a jaw dropping view of step farming and the Kodai Mountains. Additional Amenities: - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). No heating or cooling devices shall operate. - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots. TRUE FACTS: - No DJ System Allowed - Strictly no smoking in property interiors - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm. - Power fluctuations may happen. Other things to note - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Parking available exclusively for private vehicles. We cannot guarantee parking for commercial vehicles, travelers, or buses. Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
