The space Step into a spacious retreat featuring a cozy lounge, a modern dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. The walls and decor are intricately designed, complemented by plush fabrics and luxurious bedding that promise a restful night's sleep. Indulge in stylish dining at our six-seater dining area, thoughtfully designed with calming tones that perfectly complement the home's aesthetic. This outdoor area features a cozy sit-out and a convenient drying rack for added convenience during your stay. Ensuring your utmost comfort is our top priority, which is why our haven features four luxurious bedrooms filled with natural light and fresh air. Three of these bedrooms come with attached bathrooms, and an additional common bathroom, all equipped with refreshing rain showers and essential amenities. Each bedroom is meticulously furnished with air conditioning and Smart TVs to enhance your comfort and entertainment experience. Within the utility area, discover a washing machine that simplifies your stay by taking care of all your laundry needs without having to leave the premises. Additionally, high-speed WiFi is available at all times, catering to your work and binge-watching desires. Guest access Guests have the privacy of the entire area (except storage area). Guests are free to make their own food, take-away from nearby restaurants or home-order from the comfort of the house. Other things to note Important Notes for Your Stay: 1. Our place is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance to ensure that the total number of occupants remains within this limit. 2. Apart from accommodating 8 guests, we provide 2 additional foldable single beds with memory foam mattresses for 2 extra guests. 3. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM to respect the peace of our neighbours. 4. Please help us conserve electricity by switching off ACs, fans, and other appliances when not in use or when leaving the house/rooms. 5. Ensure that you lock the door securely whenever you leave the house for added security. 6. While drinking is allowed, please do so responsibly to avoid any damage to the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; kindly smoke only in designated outdoor areas, i.e., the balconies or downstairs. 7. Our housekeeping team will clean the property, including changing linens and towels, once every 2 days or upon each new guest’s arrival, whichever is earlier. 8. Early check-ins and late check-outs depend on availability and the schedules of previous and upcoming guests. In some cases, an additional day may be required, with a possible half-day fee. 9. As per local regulations, we require government-issued ID cards for all guests at the time of check-in. Please have them ready to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience.
