One of a group of properties, the single-level cottage is in the pretty village of Newton-on-Rawcliffe close to the local pub. There are shared grounds and super facilities to enjoy, including an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and table tennis. The space The cottage has relaxed styling with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Go into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where there’s space to sit and relax and watch the Smart TV. Rustle up tasty meals in the kitchen area, which has everything you could need including a dishwasher, and enjoy sociable mealtimes at the dining table. There are two bedrooms, a double with great storage, and a triple room which has a single over a double bunk bed plus storage. There’s also a family bathroom and shared laundry facilities if you need them. Enjoy al fresco lunches and drinks on the benches in the enclosed courtyard, or potter around the gardens and relax by the pond. Across the courtyard is the pool house with an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub and sauna, and a table tennis table for games with the family. Head out on walks from the front door to discover the beautiful local countryside and explore the rugged scenery of the North York Moors. Visit the popular town of Pickering (5 miles) to do some sightseeing and visit the castle and Cropton Brewery. You can go mountain biking on the thrilling woodland trails at Dalby Forest (17 miles) and the coast is just 22 miles away, with beach walks and pretty fishing villages to explore, including Robin Hood’s Bay (23 miles).
