Great 85 m² 3-room apartment located between the beautiful outskirts of the Westerwald and the Rhine Valley. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a quiet single-family home. There are many shopping and hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are always welcome here. The space The apartment to be locked is on the 2nd floor of our single-family home. It is about 85 m² and has 2 bedrooms with a total of 8 sleeping options (one bed 180 x 200 cm, one bed 140 x 200 cm & a sofa bed with two possible sleeping places), a bunk bed, as well as two large wardrobes. A bathroom with shower tub and toilet is also available. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary basic equipment and the balcony is accessible through both bedrooms and is private for the apartment. The living room is equipped with a large sofa including TV. If necessary, people could sleep here. Guest access The apartment can be reached by climbing the stairs above the hallway of our main entrance. (Closed apartment) Other things to note A Senseo with pads, a coffee machine + coffee + filter, tea bags, selection of spices, dishwasher + cloths are provided.
