Great location on the south east side of town. Great views for rocket launches. Spacious house. This house was fully renovated in 2023. A couple miles radius away from two extremely nice golf courses and 40 miles from a handful of other great locations to enjoy an entire weekend of golf. We are also located within an hour drive of a handful of beaches along the California coast line. The space This is a typical three bedroom two bath home with an open kitchen and living room floor plan. Guest access The entire house is available for use (no garage). The backyard is not kid and family friendly but pets will love it. Other things to note BBQ Pit Use: If you’d like to use the BBQ pit during your stay, please request approval at least 48 hours before arrival. This ensures the pit is prepared, cleared of ash, and all necessary utensils are clean and ready for you. Fridge Note: To ensure the refrigerator runs properly, please make sure both doors are closed firmly. When fully shut, you’ll see LED numbers displaying the temperature at the top center of the doors. Once those numbers disappear, you’ll also hear the fridge power down—this confirms it’s properly closed.
