Ever wanted to stay on top of a historical English Pub? Well, now you can! Stay in the middle of it all at The Macbeth. Room 5 is a spacious, and newly refurbished double bedroom with unique decor on top a historical English Pub. The property boasts a historical tile work, part for the English heritage, high ceilings and unique character throughout. This is the perfect room for those who like to join in on the party, eat good food, stroll around the canal and listen to good music! Adults only! The space This beautiful, spacious, newly refurbished bedroom basks in natural light. It has everything you can ask for such as - a kettle, a fridge, a microwave and a very comfortable double bed. All rooms have their own lock too, so you have your own private space! This room is recommended to those who like to explore the alternative side of this beautiful city and want to see London beyond Oxford Street and Westminster Abbey. It’s for those who like to stroll along canals, eat at markets and go out dancing! This would not be the ideal room for those who want to go to bed early as after all, it is above a pub/live music venue. During pub hours we can have anything from beer tasting, live music, DJs and parties downstairs and we love people who like joining in for the fun! Not only is the room situated on top of a charming traditional English pub, The Macbeth has been a famous music and arts venue for over 180 years! The building has survived two World Wars, Typhoid and an unrelenting bombardment of some of the best intimate live performances and parties known in the western hemisphere. We hope you enjoy this lovely area as much as we do and we welcome you to our home - The Macbeth ! Please bear in mind we are an adults only premises, no guests under the age of 18 are allowed! (Pub is separate) Guest access You have access to two fully equipped shared bathrooms. All have their own toilets and showers so they never get crowded. Our cleaner is on site 3-4day a week to ensure a sparkling shared bathroom! Come down and have a drink while you enjoy one of our gigs,cabaret shows or join the party. We want you to feel a part of The Macbeth family. You will have your own access through the back door and have your own room with a lock. As we are mostly fully booked, early check in or late check out would not be available most days. If you would like to find out about their availability, please message us 48 hours prior to arrival. If early check in or late check out is available, it would come at a charge of £20. Other things to note This room is for those who want to be close to the action with all the local restaurants, bars and pubs close by. We won't pretend that ours is the absolute quietest place (it is a pub after all), but we can guarantee that you will love this area as much as we do. Due to the health and safety laws, we do not allow cookers/stovetops within the rooms. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we will provide toilet paper, shampoos & conditioners and other little necessities in the bathrooms. If you are staying a longer time these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
