The space The condominium consists of blocks with four townhouse-style apartments, with 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. Our house is on the 1st floor. Access is on foot to the beach, 50 meters from the beach. The condominium offers: wet sauna, adult pool, tennis court, fitness center, playroom, game room, gourmet space with solarium in front of the beach (available for rent), deck on the beach with playground/sun loungers and bathrooms, pet space next to the beach deck, beach service (4 chairs, 1 table and 1 umbrella, assembled on the beach), children's playground next to the game room, 24-hour concierge and parking for 2 cars. Breakfast is available at the condominium restaurant on weekends, for a separate fee. Ice available at the front desk, at an additional charge. The condominium restaurant also offers beach and pool service on weekends, for a separate fee. The condominium does not accept groups of friends and parties, only families. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the condominium, such as a waterfront deck with shower and bathrooms, sauna, swimming pool, fitness center, playroom, playground, tennis court (hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), condominium restaurant (with a charge for food and beverages), and a waterfront solarium. Other things to note Before entering the house, it is necessary to send documents with photos of everyone who will be in the house and also send the information of the two cars (model, color, license plate) that will be inside the condominium. Respect the rules of the condominium: pets are welcome in the house, but they must always wear collars in the condominium (never loose) and are not allowed access to common areas (swimming pool, tennis court, deck, toy library, game room, etc.).
