Very cozy house for 5 people, in a very quiet condominium and with a deck for boats! The space We have news, now our gourmet area is ready for our guests to have a wonderful barbecue during their stay!! The house is located in the Porto Bracuhy condominium, a very quiet and beautiful place, with 3 beaches and a marina. In the 1st pavilion of the house, we have a large living room, cinema, dining room, American kitchen, toilet, balcony, gourmet area, private pool and a deck for boats up to 46 feet. In the second pavilion, we have 2 suites with a balcony, both facing the canal and one being a master suite with a closet. The master suite has a king size bed and a single bed, a private living room with TV and minibar. In the next suite, there's a queen-size bed. All 2 suites are air-conditioned. Garage for 4 cars, with 2 covered spaces. Vehicles can be parked on the street without major problems, a place monitored with cameras and 24-hour security. On the grounds we have a caretaker's house, totally independent. On the balcony we have 2 very large tables, which can accommodate all 5 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We accept pets, the house and the grounds are very large, making them very comfortable. We only ask that you inform us in advance of their arrival and send a photo of the pets' vaccination card up to two days before check-in. (maximum 2 pets) Other things to note For the convenience of guests, we have a housekeeper who, when requested, prepares breakfast, leaves the house in order, assists in the kitchen, and takes care of the laundry. Hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Cost of R$150.00 per day, paid directly to her. We accept pets, the house and the grounds are very large, making them very comfortable. We only ask that you inform us in advance of their arrival and send a photo of the pets' vaccination card up to 2 days before check-in. (maximum of 2 pets) *The arrival of a pet must be notified in the reservation, along with the number of guests. The office and the little room next to the garage will remain closed. *For safety reasons, we ask guardians to take special care of children, especially those under 8 years of age.
