Great for large groups of workers or families wanting a farmstay experience. Close to Mt Pleasant, Bengala, Mangoola mines, Denman & Muswellbrook. Large spacious house sleeps 18 guests, 5 large bedrooms, 12 beds, large kitchen, loungeroom & laundry, ensuite & 3 way main bathroom. All rooms have a beautiful view of the property. Large pool & outdoor entertaining area. Indoor fireplace, ducted air, outdoor firepit with magnificent sunsets! Quiet place to relax after work & enjoy the serenity! The space House has 5 large bedrooms so if workers want their own room then 5 people would be your maximum. If you’re happy to share your room the house has 12 beds (3 of these beds are trundle beds & 1 bunk bed mostly suited to children but can accommodate adults if needed) Guest access Guest access is house/house yard including pool & fire pit only. Use of the property and motorbike tracks are NOT included in this listing. Other things to note Please note our 2 sons Zac & Luke & Luke’s girlfriend Georgia live on the property in the large shed near the house. They will give you the privacy you need and on the other hand if you need anything they would be happy to help. Sometimes the owner Adrian also stays there if there is farm work to be done.
