Whether you’re planning a ski weekend, summer adventure, or simply gathering with friends and family, the home offers spacious indoor and outdoor living with all the comforts of a modern mountain retreat. The heart of the home is a dramatic great room with soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the forest. An open-concept layout connects the living room, chef’s kitchen, and dining area, making it easy for everyone to cook, relax, and spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a wine & beverage fridge, seating for four at the island, and a dining table for ten. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for groups: a first-floor primary suite with a queen bed and private bath, a second queen bedroom upstairs, a bunk room with full-over-queen bunks, plus additional sleeping options in the loft and lower level. With 3.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas, and flexible spaces, everyone has room to spread out. Upstairs you’ll find a cozy reading nook, dedicated workspace, and loft overlooking the great room. Downstairs, the recreation room features an oversized sectional perfect for movie nights, a large TV, ping pong, board games, and direct access to the backyard. Outdoor living is just as inviting. Relax year-round in the covered 8-person hot tub, gather around the firepit beneath some of the darkest skies in the Catskills, grill on the wraparound deck, enjoy meals at the picnic table, or unwind in the hammock beside the stream after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably: * 🛏️ Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Queen bed + ensuite bath * 🛏️ Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): Queen bed * 🛏️ Bedroom 3 (Upper Floor): Full-over-Queen bunk * 🛋️ Lower Level: Twin-over-Twin bunk * 🛏️ Loft: Twin sleeper ottoman Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for a locked owner’s closet and mechanical room in the basement. Other things to note Wildlife in the Catskills - we are situated in the middle of the most beautiful areas of the Catskills and nature abounds! You will likely see wildlife during your stay. You may see deer, turkeys, groundhogs, foxes, etc. Please note that we are in bear country. It is very important to discard of all garbage in the secure bear-proof bin (warmer months) or garbage can (winter). All bbq and food items should be brought inside and the bbq scraped clean after use to avoid having unwanted visitors. Bears are generally very timid but they make a terrible mess! The house is regularly treated for pests but being that we are in the country, it would not be unusual to have an insect or mouse make an appearance inside.
