The villa "Neveda" in Tenerife is a luxurious accommodation, in a quiet and very popular location, which is perfect for an exclusive and relaxing stay. With 4 bedrooms, it offers enough space for groups or families. The amenities include 4 bathrooms with showers and 3 toilets to offer guests maximum comfort. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and two spacious terraces with private pool and sea views. The space The property is located in a 2-story townhouse. On the lower floor, there is the open-plan kitchen, the living room with 2 sofas and a TV, 2 bedrooms, a guest toilet, and access to the lower terrace with a dining table, lounge area, barbecue, lounge chairs, and a private pool. There is also an additional room on the lower floor with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms with ocean views, a small office, and another terrace with a seating area where you can enjoy Tenerife's beautiful sunsets. All 4 bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (180 cm x 200 cm). In addition, each bedroom has its own shower. 2 bedrooms are additionally equipped with a toilet, and a 3rd toilet is located on the lower floor, which also serves as a guest toilet. All 4 bedrooms and the living room also feature air conditioning. During the colder months, the pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius (82 degrees Fahrenheit), while in the summer, the water temperature can rise above 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit) even without heating. Guest access The whole villa can be used individually by the guests as already described in detail. The entrance follows directly across the street. Cars can be parked in front of the house on the street. Other things to note The villa is located away from the tourist strongholds, but is still very centrally located. The airport can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets, shopping center, the golf course of Costa Adeje (18-hole and 9-hole course) or sports facilities, are all within 5 minutes by car. The "former" fishing village of La Caleta can also be reached in less than 5 minutes by car or on foot. La Caleta boasts a wide selection of cozy cafes and very good restaurants. Whether typical Spanish tapas, fish & seafood, meat, Asian or Italian, the beautiful bay offers a wide variety of culinary experiences. For sports lovers, the T3 (Top Training Tenerife) can be reached within a few minutes on foot or by car. Whether swimming in the Olympic pool, fitness, tennis, paddle and many other sports, the T3 enjoys great popularity among amateur and professional athletes.
