The villa "Neveda" in Tenerife is a luxurious accommodation, in a quiet and very popular location, which is perfect for an exclusive and relaxing stay. With 4 bedrooms, it offers enough space for groups or families. The amenities include 4 bathrooms with showers and 3 toilets to offer guests maximum comfort. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and two spacious terraces with private pool and sea views. The space The property is located in a 2-story townhouse. On the lower floor, there is the open-plan kitchen, the living room with 2 sofas and a TV, 2 bedrooms, a guest toilet, and access to the lower terrace with a dining table, lounge area, barbecue, lounge chairs, and a private pool. There is also an additional room on the lower floor with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms with ocean views, a small office, and another terrace with a seating area where you can enjoy Tenerife's beautiful sunsets. All 4 bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (180 cm x 200 cm). In addition, each bedroom has its own shower. 2 bedrooms are additionally equipped with a toilet, and a 3rd toilet is located on the lower floor, which also serves as a guest toilet. All 4 bedrooms and the living room also feature air conditioning. During the colder months, the pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius (82 degrees Fahrenheit), while in the summer, the water temperature can rise above 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit) even without heating. Guest access The whole villa can be used individually by the guests as already described in detail. The entrance follows directly across the street. Cars can be parked in front of the house on the street. Other things to note Minimum stay of 7 nights over Christmas/New Year!! The villa is secluded from the tourist hotspots, but is still very centrally located. The airport can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. Shopping options, including supermarkets and shopping centers, the Costa Adeje golf course (18-hole and 9-hole facilities), and sports facilities, can all be reached within 5 minutes by car. The “former” fishing village of La Caleta can also be reached in less than 5 minutes by car or a leisurely walk. La Caleta offers a wide range of cozy cafés and very good restaurants. Whether it’s traditional Spanish tapas, fish & seafood, meat, Asian or Italian cuisine, the beautiful bay offers a wide variety of culinary experiences. For sports enthusiasts, the T3 (Top Training Tenerife) is just a few minutes away on foot or by car. Whether it’s swimming in the Olympic-size pool, fitness, tennis, padel tennis, or many other sports, the T3 is extremely popular with both amateur and professional athletes.
