The driveway is for the tenants upfront. You may park on the street near the walkway. Other things to note The unit used to heat and cool is traditional in Albuquerque, called a swamp cooler. We either have to have the heat on with no air conditioning or vice versa. Heat will be on May through April. Air on May through September or mid October. We absolutely love cats, but we do apologize we cannot host feline friends. Unauthorized cats will result in a $150 fee.
