It’s spacious, modernly furnished and well equipped, providing the perfect home away from home. It has 2 double bedrooms with A/C and 2 bathrooms, all with fabulous views over Morne Rouge bay. Literally 100 foot steps from the beach, it's simply perfect for a relaxing Caribbean beach get away - you can lime all you like! The space Lime Place has all the essentials needed for a perfect holiday. Located within The Mariposa Condominiums complex and newly renovated, the décor is modern, minimal and comfortable. Set over two floors, the through lounge, kitchen, and both bedrooms have stunning views of the bay. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials if you decide to eat in, including a gas BBQ on the terrace. But if you’d prefer to eat out there are plenty of options right on the door step. Guest access During your stay you will have the whole property to yourself. Lime place offers open plan living comprised over two floors, which in turn provides a view of the bay in pretty much every room you are in. There is an open plan kitchen and lounge where your eyes are immediately drawn to the terrace and the beautiful views of the bay. Both bedrooms also provide a stunning view, and the sound of the waves on the beach. Lime Place is perfect for two couples sharing or a family with older children . Other things to note Lime place offers open plan living, which in turn provides a view of the bay in pretty much every room you are in. There is an open plan kitchen and lounge where your eyes are immediately drawn to the terrace and the beautiful views of the bay, both bedrooms also provide a stunning view, along with the sound of the waves on the beach. The décor at Lime Place is modern, minimal and comfortable. • The open plan lounge has a sofa and arm chair, coffee table, TV with cable channels and apps, dining table and chairs, and stairs to the bedrooms. • On the terrace there is a gas BBQ/ grill along with a dining table and chairs, where you can relax whilst enjoying fabulous views of the beach. • For guests who need it Lime Place has WIFI, even if you only use it to make your friends back home envious with your posts! • The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, fridge, over, hob, kettle, microwave, George Forman grill, a toaster, and other essentials if you decide to eat in. • Down stairs, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, clothes can be hung out on the washing line outside, pegs are provided. • Two double bedrooms both with air conditioning, again over look the bay with stunning views - what a fabulous way to wake up! We ask that you please use the air conditioning responsibly, switching it off when it’s not in use, we do monitor usage and may need to take a payment from the security/ damage deposit in cases of excessive use. • A goodnights sleep is essential especially when you're on holiday, and so we have provided comfy mattress toppers on the beds, cool cotton bed linen and a natural lightweight duvet that adjusts to your temperature. • Lime Place sleeps up to 4 people. • Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, and wardrobes with drawers. • There are two bathrooms, both with a shower and storage cupboards • Bathroom towels and mats are provided And also; • Hairdryer • Iron and ironing board • Beach towels • Safe We've tried to provide all the essentials for a fabulous holiday, but if you feel anything is missing or you have constructive feedback just let us know so that we can continually improve and ensure that we can provide a great holiday experience for future guests.
