It is structured on two floors, with the dining room, kitchen, and a comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner while taking in the Maremma landscape. Upstairs, accessed by an internal spiral staircase, you'll find the bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a single bed, along with a convenient bathroom featuring a brand new shower enclosure, complete sanitary fittings, and a welcome kit with shampoo-shower gel. Custom compartments are also provided to accommodate all your personal belongings. Additionally, there's access to a balcony where you can enjoy a splendid view, perfect for a romantic sunset aperitif. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, mirror, and a washing machine. In addition to towels of various sizes, you'll find a complimentary welcome kit provided by the house, including bed sheets, blankets, duvet, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.
