This includes all three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and beautifully designed common areas such as the spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to enjoy the expansive terrace and your own private pool, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or simply unwinding with breathtaking ocean views. We want you to feel at home and experience true relaxation, with the freedom to enjoy every corner of this stunning retreat at your own pace. Other things to note Your stay is in expert hands! This villa is professionally managed by Casa Mauna, a nearby boutique hotel just a short walk away. As our guest, you’ll have access to exceptional service, along with the option to indulge in delicious meals and expertly crafted cocktails at the hotel’s restaurant and bar. For your convenience, cleaning service is included every third day, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay. The main access to the house is via a public dirt road. During the rainy season, from June to October, the road may be affected by the rain but is always maintained so the arrival to the house is possible. If possible, we recommend to rent an SUV during rainy season. To get to the parking lot of the house there is a ramp of approximately 15 meters. For low-clearance cars, it is usually more practical to park closer to the street and walk down the ramp. If possible, we recommend to rent an SUV which will easily get down the ramp.
