On the second floor you will find an elegant living room with fireplace, a large dining room for the group, a beautiful lounge area with pool table and darts, a sitting area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor, you will find two large bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed, one bedroom with large single beds and one bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have their own balcony where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast while watching the sunrise or the views of the garden. In addition, you will find a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The exterior of the house has two garden areas. The first one is located in front of the elegant main facade and has a large garden area with lawn and sun loungers as well as an illuminated wooden pool and a covered outdoor dining area to enjoy with family and friends. The second area is located on one side of the house and covered by a natural vine pergola, where there is a barbecue, an outdoor dining area and chillout area, where you can relax while enjoying the rural environment and nature. Guest access La Masía del Regal and all its facilities are 100% for the guests. They also have private parking for 8 cars. Other things to note La Masíá del Regal is a luxury property with exclusive services. For any reason, an event or party is NOT welcome and is strictly forbidden. It is NOT allowed to accommodate more guests than the number of guests listed on the booking platform. During your stay, you may hire a full house cleaning service including change of bed linen and towels (€170). For stays longer than one month, it is mandatory to book this service at least once every 15 days. You may also request an additional cart of firewood for the fireplace or barbecue (€10). If you would like to enjoy an authentic Valencian paella, the L' Alfabega restaurant can deliver it to the house. And if you prefer to learn how to cook it in the traditional way, the chef will come to the house so you can enjoy the full experience.
