At El Cuarto, guest comfort is paramount. We are dedicated to ensuring that every moment of our guests' stay is enjoyable. To provide added convenience, we offer self-check-in and check-out options, allowing guests to seamlessly begin and end their experience with ease and flexibility. The space El Cuarto exudes a hotel-inspired ambiance, encompassing, if not all, at least the essential elements one would typically find in a hotel room. Our goal is to seamlessly transport you from the familiar confines of home to a serene vacation mode, curating an atmosphere that encourages relaxation and rejuvenation. Guest access Abbreviated house rules for guests: 1. No pets of any kind are allowed within the property. 2. Grace Residences is a non-smoking property; a No Smoking Policy is observed in all common areas within the complex. 3. The swimming pool may be used by authorized guests provided all assessments are settled and corresponding fees are paid (Php 150.00 for regular days and P300.00 during holidays). Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guests. (only 2 guests are allowed per day). LAP pool schedule: Close every Monday for Maintenance (except Holiday) If maintenance fall on holiday the following non-holiday day will be the scheduled for maintenance. KIDDIE pool schedule: Close every Tuesday for Maintenance (except Holiday) If maintenance falls on a holiday, the second non-holiday day will be scheduled for maintenance 4. Gym facilities are for the exclusive use of residents only. The gym is off-limits to guests. 5. No parking slot is available for guests, but there's pay parking at Grace Mall on a first-come, first-served basis, with an hourly rate applied. Estimated continuous parking for 24 hours is around 700 to 800 Philippine pesos. 6. Guests are not permitted to host visitors in their rooms. Other things to note Bed: 1 king-size bed(conjoint 2 single bed). PARKING OPTIONS: 1 Open Pay Parking o First come first served basis. o P20/Hourly Rate. o Overnight plus P300 on top of Hourly Rate.
