At the back of the main house it is very quiet and peaceful although you are at the centre of a very active area. 1 mile from Rochford station (45 minutes to London Liverpoolstreet). 1mile from Rochford golf club, 6.4 miles from Southend beach, 4.3 miles from Leigh-on-Sea. You can see a large variety of birds, badgers, hares, foxes, Mount Jack deer. obviously there is no guarantee that you will see them as they are wild animals. Guest access You can walk around the garden but have no access to any of the other buildings.
